Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 4,419 Units Nationwide in June
Next month, five mid-sized housing companies are scheduled to supply 4,419 apartment units.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 31st that, based on the June housing sales plans collected from its member companies, five construction firms will offer a total of 4,419 units across six projects nationwide.
This represents an increase of 694 units compared to the previous month (3,725 units) but a decrease of 1,623 units compared to the same month last year (6,042 units).

In the metropolitan area, the supply volume is 2,133 units solely in Gyeonggi-do. In the provinces, a total of 2,286 units are planned for sale. Gwangju has the highest number with 1,153 units, followed by ▲Chungbuk (874 units) ▲Gangwon (239 units) ▲Jeju (20 units).
