Easy Pickup is a service where customers order through the Homeplus application (app) and then visit the store at a designated date and time to pick up their products directly.
Among all users, customers in their 30s and 40s accounted for 70%. In terms of sales volume, wine, whiskey, and liqueur were the best-selling products, and sales were highest between 9-10 AM and 1-3 PM. On the service launch day, 'Yamazaki 12 Years' sold out within 30 minutes.
