Gwangju Police Agency Strengthens Response to 'Cyber Crime'
Gwangju Police Agency is strengthening its capabilities to respond to cybercrime.
In the jurisdiction, a total of 5,747 cybercrime cases occurred last year. This accounts for a significant 14% of the total 38,900 crimes, representing an 8% increase compared to 2021.
Accordingly, on the 24th, Gwangju Police Agency signed a business agreement with SK Telecom Western Infrastructure for 'Cybercrime Prevention and Information and Communication Technology Exchange.'
