New COVID-19 Cases at 22,961... About 3,100 Fewer Than Last Week

The number of critically ill patients hospitalized was 167, an increase of 3 from the previous day.
The number of new COVID-19 deaths was 17, bringing the cumulative total to 34,719 (fatality rate 0.11%).
