Helping Understanding of the Korea Coast Guard and Supporting Career Exploration
The Mokpo Coast Guard Station (Chief Kim Hae-cheol) announced on the 19th that it conducted a patrol vessel tour event for 39 students from the Department of Navigation at Mokpo National Maritime University on the 18th.

The main tour activities included △ introduction to Coast Guard vessels and duties △ introduction to vessel equipment and operation training △ operation of suppression equipment △ conversations with staff.
A student who participated in the vessel tour said, “I have been very interested in the profession of the Coast Guard, and this opportunity will greatly help me in choosing my future career.”
