The Hail Welfare and Culture Center was selected as a special support project for areas surrounding power plants in 2020. Following a consignment contract with Goseong-gun, Goseong Green Power was designated as the project executor and constructed from 2021 to 2023 with a budget of 4.3 billion KRW. The center is a two-story building with a total floor area of 1,229.4㎡.
