Shinsegae Simon Yeoju Premium Outlets announced on the 18th that it will enhance customer experience by consecutively hosting unique pop-ups, including the 'Gundam Base 20th Anniversary Tour Pop-up Store,' from the 19th to the 31st.
At the East Central Plaza of Yeoju Premium Outlets, an outlet-exclusive Gundam Base 20th Anniversary Tour pop-up will be held. In a realistic space themed around the Gundam base, over 220 plastic models and figures will be sold. An event for the first-come, first-served sale of Gundam Base limited edition models is also planned. There will be a beginner plastic model assembly experience event and a popular character capsule toy machine (gacha) installed.

During the event period, on weekends (Friday to Sunday), a 'Wine & More Home Dining' pop-up inspired by famous international gourmet festivals will be held at East High Street. Reflecting the recent popularity of whiskey among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), a whiskey 'special acquisition' event has been prepared. On the 19th, Macallan, Yamazaki, Balvenie, and others will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Wines and premium beers from around the world will also be available.
In the premium finger food exhibition, which pairs well with drinks, the aroma truffle potato chips that have gained great popularity on social media (SNS) will be showcased. From the 19th to 21st and 27th to 29th, a total of six days, a dessert-focused 'Food Truck Festival' will be held at Yeoju Premium Outlets West High Street. At the West carousel area, a 'Colorful Market' will be held with face painting and caricature events for families with children. From the 27th to 29th, the Jeep premium pop-up at the West Luxury Plaza will feature vehicle test drives and prize giveaways.
A Shinsegae Simon representative said, "We will create synergy by combining shopping with unique content to attract MZ generation customers," adding, "In the future, unique pop-ups collaborating with celebrities (influencers) and brands will be sequentially opened each season."
