Kim Woo-bin's 'Taekbaegisa' Ranks No.1 Non-English Title Globally on Netflix
Actor Kim Woo-bin's starring series 'Taekbaegisa' reached the top of the global top 10 just three days after its release.
On the 17th, the online video service (OTT) Netflix announced that the series 'Taekbaegisa,' released on the 12th, ranked first in the global non-English category on the Top 10 website.
It recorded 31.22 million viewing hours within three days of release and was included in the TOP 10 in 65 countries, including Korea, Austria, France, Germany, Egypt, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Brazil in the same category.
'Taekbaegisa' depicts the story of the legendary delivery driver ‘5-8’ and refugee ‘Sawol’ who fight against the Cheonmyeong Group, which dominates a new world in a future Korean Peninsula where severe air pollution makes it impossible to live without an oxygen respirator.
