Koscom, Hiring Entry-Level and Experienced Employees in First Half of Year... 'Blind' Recruitment Without Education or Age Criteria
KOSCOM announced on the 15th that it will recruit new and experienced employees in the first half of 2023.
New employees will be recruited in a total of three fields: ▲IT ▲Accounting and Tax ▲Management.
Experienced employees will be hired as professional experts in each job category. The fields for experienced recruitment include ▲Company-wide design planning and production ▲Facility management experts ▲Financial services cloud migration engineers ▲Infrastructure business strategy planning and sales ▲Financial investment indicator planning and operation ▲Cloud consulting, totaling six fields.
KOSCOM's recruitment is conducted through a blind process where applicants do not disclose academic background, age, gender, etc. Practical presentation (PT) interviews and experience interviews will be conducted for those who pass the document screening.
Applications are accepted until 3 PM on the 26th. Selected candidates will go through document screening, written tests (major and essay exams), online competency tests, practical interviews (PT interview, experience interview), reference checks, executive interviews, and medical examinations, and successful candidates will join the company at the end of June.
