On the 15th, the Suseo Police Station in Seoul announced that they had booked a man in his 40s, Mr. A, without detention on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
According to the police, at around 4:40 PM the previous day, they responded to a report from Mr. A's girlfriend saying, "My boyfriend who took drugs has gone crazy and is trying to kill me."
