Gyeongbuk Yeongju City Supports Logistics Costs up to 5 Million KRW for Small and Medium Enterprises
Yeongju City in Gyeongbuk recently announced on the 15th that it will promote a logistics cost support project for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to alleviate the difficulties faced by local manufacturers struggling with business difficulties due to rising prices.
This project provides logistics cost support of up to 5 million KRW per company to manufacturers registered with factories in Yeongju City and currently operating normally as of the application date.
Starting this year, Yeongju City has expanded the support target to allow companies that are not subject to factory registration because their factory building area is less than 500㎡ to apply if the building use on the building register is listed as ‘factory’ or ‘manufacturing facility’.
Companies wishing to participate can apply to the Northern Branch of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Economic Promotion Agency by attaching expenditure proof documents for logistics costs used during the project period (January 1 to November 30, 2023).
