Based on this agreement, Samsung C&T plans to offer online-based smart healthcare services beyond facility-based services such as fitness centers in apartment complexes. They will conduct joint marketing for health management of Raemian residents and cooperate in developing various healthcare services in the future.
The first apartment complex to apply the service is Raemian One Bailey in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, scheduled for occupancy in the second half of this year. Samsung C&T is currently conducting a pilot operation of the service targeting some residents of existing complexes and plans to reflect their feedback.
