In this campaign, about 100 integrity officers from institutions affiliated with the Daejeon Integrity Society Public-Private Council operated an integrity booth to raise awareness of anti-corruption and integrity culture among local citizens and private companies.
On the day, the Small Enterprise and Market Service held an integrity quiz for citizens and distributed goods such as integrity shopping bags to visitors, while providing information on the Public Interest Whistleblower Protection Act, Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act. They also promoted the rechargeable card-type Onnuri gift certificate, launched in August last year, to revitalize domestic consumption and eradicate illegal distribution of Onnuri gift certificates.

Park Seong-hyo, Director of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, said, “While promoting integrity systems and anti-corruption policies is a natural responsibility of public institutions, citizens may find these somewhat unfamiliar, so we organized this event to share the systems more easily.” He added, “Going forward, the Small Enterprise and Market Service will continue to expand events involving the community and citizens as a leading institution in spreading a culture of integrity.”
