Over 300 Trees Planted on the 11th, Total 1,000 Trees Since 2019
Non-ferrous metal materials company LS MnM (formerly LS Nikko Copper) announced on the 11th that it held the '4th MnM Greener Campaign' at the Tree Growing Site in Noeul Park, Sangam-dong, Seoul.
The Greener Campaign is an activity to purify the air damaged by greenhouse gases. The campaign name MnM stands for 'Make nature Matter,' meaning 'to value nature.' It was inspired by the LS MnM company name.
The event was attended by Do Seok-gu, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), along with about 20 executives and employees. They planted over 300 tree seedlings, including Korean ash and Japanese snowbell trees, which reduce carbon dioxide and fine dust.
