Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) announced on the 11th that it will spend 1.462 billion KRW to implement the 'Preemptive Employment Stability Package Support Project' to help improve the competitiveness of root companies.
This project is divided into three parts: ▲Support for root companies' hiring incentives ▲Support for leading and modular root industry companies ▲Support for on-site problem-solving based on large, medium, and small cooperation models. It is supported together with the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Incheon City.
Incheon TP provides a hiring incentive of 2 million KRW per month per person for three months to companies that hire workers in crisis to help stabilize employment at Incheon root companies. An additional hiring incentive of 1 million KRW is paid upon five months of full attendance.
In addition, to help companies create conditions for new employee employment, up to 30 million KRW per company is supported for commercialization costs such as prototype production and labor environment improvement.
