Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the '2023 Commendation Ceremony for Exemplary Children, Youth, and Meritorious Persons' held at the district office auditorium at 3 p.m. on the 10th.
The commendation for exemplary children and youth recognizes young people who have made efforts in various fields such as volunteer work, and expresses gratitude to those who have worked hard for the proper growth and development of youth.
This year, a total of 116 awardees were selected: 49 exemplary children, 56 exemplary youth, and 11 exemplary meritorious persons.
The ceremony proceeded with congratulatory speeches, the presentation of awards, and commemorative photo sessions, attended by Mayor Oh Seung-rok and members of the National Assembly.
