Miryang City Operates 'National Sinmungo' to Resolve Difficulties and Grievances
Miryang City in Gyeongnam will operate the "Mobile People’s Petition Office" at the Miryang Culture and Sports Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 15, hosted by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, to address citizens' grievances and difficulties.
The "Mobile People’s Petition Office" is a communication channel for the public, where a counseling team composed of members from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and collaborating organizations visits the sites of civil complaints directly to listen to residents’ difficulties and resolve their grievances, especially for those who find it difficult to visit institutions or are not familiar with using the internet.
Consultations will cover all social sectors including administration, culture, education, national defense, veterans affairs, finance, taxation, welfare, labor, broadcasting, telecommunications, industry, agriculture and forestry, environment, housing, architecture, urban planning, water resources, transportation, roads, welfare, law, consumer affairs, land registry, and low-income finance.
If you wish to receive consultation, you can make a reservation in advance by submitting a consultation reservation application form to the Planning and Audit Officer or the Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Center by May 31. If you are unable to make a reservation, you can also apply and receive consultation on-site on the day of the event.
