Hoban Summit Grand Avenue consists of 11 apartment buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 1,051 households. Among them, 493 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡, excluding union member allocations, were sold to the general public.
The complete sell-out of Hoban Summit Grand Avenue is attributed to the product reflecting consumer needs. Additionally, the application of the price ceiling system resulted in reasonable prices, and the amendment of the Housing Act enforcement ordinance shortened the resale restriction period to one year, which also acted as a favorable factor. The success of Hoban Summit Grand Avenue is expected to positively influence Hoban Construction’s upcoming urban renewal projects in Seoul, such as Yongsan International Building District 5 and Gaebong District 5, scheduled for supply within the year.
A Hoban Construction official stated, "The complete sell-out of Hoban Summit Grand Avenue signifies that the product value of ‘Hoban Summit’ has been recognized in metropolitan area urban renewal projects," adding, "We will repay with sincere construction to make it a prestigious complex in Gwangmyeong New Town."
Hoban Summit Grand Avenue is located near Gwangmyeong Sageori Station on Subway Line 7, and is close to Pyeongtaek-Paju Expressway, Seobu Arterial Road, Gangnam Circular Road, Second Gyeongin Expressway, and KTX Gwangmyeong Station, providing excellent transportation connectivity for rapid nationwide access.
