Enjoy the Peak of Spring in May at Ttukbang Market

Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Lee Sang-cheol) Ttukbang Market will operate various experience events for children and families in celebration of May, the month of family.

On the 6th, experience events and activities such as face painting, flower bracelet making, and treasure hunting for children will be held, along with busking performances and a 1,000 won karaoke session on the Ttukbang Garden stage. On the 13th, coinciding with the market day of Gokseong Train Village traditional market, experience programs for making ceramic mobiles, card wallets, and resin grip-toks will be available.

Additionally, on the 20th and 21st, the market will be open for two consecutive days in line with the Gokseong World Rose Festival. Especially on the 20th, various events in collaboration with the Meotji Grace Model Association are prepared. Activities will include learning model walking, performance shows, model experiences, career counseling, and seller product promotions with show hosts.

Ttukbang Market is located by the Gokseongcheon Stream in Gokseong-eup, Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do (832-29 Eupnae-ri), and operates every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Meanwhile, the Gyeonsaeng Sculpture Exhibition is being held along the Ttukbang Gokseongcheon Stream area until June 9. It is in collaboration with Crown Haitai Confectionery and features 20 large sculptures by famous sculptors nationwide.
