Yeonggwang-gun Recruiting Trainees for 'Drone Expert Training Course' Until the 19th
Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do is recruiting the 2nd batch of trainees for the ‘Yeonggwang-type K-Drone Job Creation Project’ drone specialist training course, following the explosive response to the 1st batch, until the 19th.

View original imageAccording to the county on the 3rd, the recruitment targets are unemployed job seekers, employment-vulnerable groups, and middle-aged and older job seekers. Eleven trainees will be selected for the 2nd batch and will receive practical education necessary for employment and entrepreneurship, including theory and simulator training, small drone control, and actual flight training.
The 2nd batch training will be held from the 30th of this month to July 11th, totaling 240 hours, with the basic goal of obtaining the Type 1 national drone license, and the entire training fee is free of charge.
Applicants wishing to participate can apply by email to the Yeonggwang Drone Association by the 19th, and final selection will be made through document screening and interviews.
In particular, to solve the problem of not receiving prompt maintenance services in case of drone malfunctions or crashes, professional drone maintenance personnel will be trained through drone assembly and disassembly education, expecting sustainable convergence-type job creation.
A county official said, “Recently, drones have been utilized in various fields, and the interest of the residents is increasing greatly,” adding, “We will do our best to contribute to the creation of high value-added good jobs through the training of drone specialists.”
