National Pension Service Achieves 'Top Excellence' Grade for Two Consecutive Years in Win-Win Growth Evaluation
The National Pension Service announced on the 21st that it has achieved the 'Highest' rating for two consecutive years in the '2022 Public Institution Win-Win Growth' evaluation.
The Public Institution Win-Win Growth evaluation is conducted annually by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to encourage public institutions to play a leading role in cooperative growth.
In this evaluation, the Service received high marks across all indicators, including ▲win-win growth strategy establishment and system ▲creation and dissemination of fair trade culture ▲sharing of cooperative profits and performance. In particular, it was recognized for excellence in performance sharing with small and medium-sized partner companies, achieving the 'Highest' rating for two consecutive years.
So far, the Service has utilized the social contribution fund, prepared through labor-management agreements, as a resource for win-win growth, supporting 22 small and medium enterprises within seven years of establishment to enter e-commerce platforms. It also made efforts for cooperative growth by introducing the 'NPS Model Transaction' to improve unfair trade practices with partner companies and implementing the Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP).
