DK Asia, Recruiting Tenants for 'Royal Honors Avenue'
DK Asia announced on the 16th that it is recruiting 50 tenants for the on-site commercial complex "Royal Honors Avenue" at "Geomam Station Royal Park City Prugio," a residential complex with 4,805 households scheduled for occupancy in June.
Royal Honors Avenue is a brand commercial complex directly operated by DK Asia. It spans from basement level 2 to ground level 2, with a total floor area of 7,025㎡. The commercial area accounts for only 1% of the entire complex's total floor area, making it highly rare.
The tenant recruitment especially favors food and beverage (F&B) businesses and guarantees exclusive operating rights that prevent similar businesses from entering. Additionally, a coaching system by experts will be introduced to revitalize the commercial complex. In terms of MD composition, a systematic demand analysis will be conducted to create exclusive commercial zones by industry, and large key tenants and well-known franchises will be attracted.
Royal Honors Avenue is divided into seven zones by concept for the convenience of Royal Park Citizens and local residents. Optimized businesses will be placed according to location to enhance user convenience, and differentiated and unique commercial concepts will encourage continuous visits from customers.
In particular, the adjacent Gyeongin Ara Waterway is expected to see an annual 2 million visitors due to the full-scale West Sea Waterway project, with cruise tourism scheduled to begin operation from April next year, further enriching the demand base.
