Two Arrested in Wonju for Manufacturing and Distributing 'Drug Drinks' in Gangnam

Two individuals involved in the manufacturing and distribution of "drug drinks" in the Gangnam academy district were arrested by the police.
According to the police on the 8th, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Narcotics Crime Investigation Unit apprehended Mr. A at 4:40 PM the previous day in Wonju, Gangwon Province, on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act by producing drug drinks containing methamphetamine and delivering them to four part-time workers in Seoul using express buses and courier services.
Earlier, the police had also urgently arrested Mr. B at 2:50 PM the previous day in Incheon on charges of violating the Telecommunications Business Act by using a repeater to alter phone numbers while making threatening calls to the victims' parents.
