Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly to Recruit 78 Policy Support Officers
The Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly is recruiting 78 policy support officers (fixed-term level 6).
Policy support officers are professionals who assist the legislative activities of provincial assembly members, with one officer assigned for every two assembly members (a total of 156 members) per standing committee.
Applications will be accepted from the 4th to the 7th, and after document screening and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced around the 9th of next month.

The main duties of policy support officers include ▲ drafting ordinance proposals and reviewing legislative policies ▲ collecting, investigating, and analyzing materials related to budget and settlement reviews ▲ preparing requests for submission of documents for administrative audits and investigations, and compiling and analyzing related materials ▲ drafting inquiries regarding provincial administration and compiling and analyzing related materials ▲ supporting the organization of public hearings, seminars, and forums.
