The district first aims to build empathy for socially vulnerable groups by sincerely sharing their experiences and ordinary daily stories through the ‘Gangseo Donghaeng’ YouTube channel.
Starting from this, the plan includes supporting ▲video shooting and editing ▲content production ▲YouTube channel management methods, and ultimately establishing a revenue generation structure by having socially vulnerable groups directly operate the ‘Gangseo Donghaeng’ YouTube channel.
After the project briefing, Mayor Kim met with leaders of organizations and facilities for the disabled to exchange opinions and communicate about the ‘Gangseo Donghaeng’ project content.
Attendees praised the project planned by Mayor Kim, saying, “There will be no need to separately collect materials related to the disabled as ‘Gangseo Donghaeng’ will become a ‘Disabled Archive,’” and “Please come to our center to film as well.”
