Gimhae City Partners with 5 Companies ... Secures 2,679 Jobs
On the 31st, Gimhae City in Gyeongnam signed corporate investment agreements worth 613.7 billion KRW with five companies.
The city announced that through this agreement, 2,679 new jobs will be secured.
According to the city, the corporate agreement ceremony held for the first time this year was attended by Kari CEO Kim Ki-young, Shinseong Heavy Industries CEO Park Jae-hong, Yujucare CEO Ahn Myung-hwan, Innobiz Logistics CEO Hwang Seong-taek, and Jayeongwa Doshi CEO Park Man-il.
The representatives unanimously stated, "We will faithfully fulfill the terms of the agreement and strive to contribute to the Gimhae regional economy."

Kari and Shinseong Heavy Industries, which mainly produce electrical, electronic, and automobile parts as well as hoists and machinery parts, plan to establish and relocate factories to Daedong Advanced General Industrial Complex.
Yujucare, a specialized medical device manufacturing company, is preparing new investments in the Easy General Industrial Complex.
Innobiz Logistics and Jayeongwa Doshi are preparing large-scale investments to build logistics centers utilizing Gimhae's geographical advantages adjacent to Busan New Port and Gadeok New Airport, as well as excellent transportation infrastructure including a well-connected road network.
Mayor Hong Tae-yong said, "Despite the recent difficult economic situation, I sincerely thank the companies that decided to invest in our city," and added, "We will do our best to expand communication channels with companies and prepare support measures that can grow together with our city."
