Timon Announces Recruitment for 2nd Batch of 'Tina Intern' with Job Placement Opportunities
Regular Employment After Internship Completion and Evaluation
Tmon announced on the 31st that it is openly recruiting the 2nd batch of its recruitment-linked internship program, 'Tina Internship.' The recruitment scale is in double digits, with four job categories: ▲Product Planner (MD) ▲Marketing ▲Development ▲Technology. Tmon plans to select talents who have a strong interest in e-commerce platforms, communication skills, and customer-centric thinking.
Applications can be submitted through the Tmon recruitment site and job portals until the 9th of next month. Anyone who has graduated from university or is expected to graduate in August can apply. The interview process and final announcement of successful candidates are scheduled for the third week of April. The internship period is three months, from May 2 to July 31. Interns will be assigned to actual work sites to build practical skills and gain broad knowledge and experience in the distribution industry. Tmon plans to provide one-on-one close mentoring and job coaching by current practitioners to help successful candidates adapt quickly.
In particular, outstanding interns during the internship period will be given the opportunity to join as full-time employees. In fact, half of the first batch recruited earlier this year have been converted to full-time positions and are actively working in the field. Suhyun Lee, Head of Tmon's Management Support Division, said, "Through recruiting and nurturing outstanding talents, we will continue to strive to present services that grow and satisfy both the company and customers."
