T Map Mobility Appoints Lee Young-min, Former KB Kookmin Bank Head, as Outside Director
T map Mobility announced on the 29th that it held its regular general meeting of shareholders at its headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, and appointed Lee Young-min, former head of KB Kookmin Bank, as an outside director.
Former Head Lee joined KB Kookmin Bank in 1994 and has held positions such as Deputy Head of the London local branch, Head of the Management Strategy Team in the Strategic Planning Department, and Head of the Global Promotion Department. He possesses outstanding expertise in global financial markets including Southeast Asia and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and is expected to greatly contribute to mobility-finance linkage strategies and overseas business expansion.
Three inside directors, including CEO Lee Jong-ho, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Lee Jae-hwan, and Head of Management Control Lee Byung-kwan, as well as four other non-executive directors, were reappointed as their agenda items passed. In addition, proposals such as granting stock options to new employees were also approved at the general meeting of shareholders.
