View original imageThe Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation is launching a 'Customer Advisory Committee' to overcome the local economic crisis and secure future growth engines.
On the 29th, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation announced that it held the appointment ceremony for the Customer Advisory Committee members and the first meeting of the Customer Advisory Committee at the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation conference room in Yeongtong, Suwon, within Gwanggyo Technovalley.
The Customer Advisory Committee was established to listen to customer suggestions on Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation’s major policies, promote customer-centered policies, and strengthen customer-tailored support to enhance customer satisfaction.
In particular, it is said that Chairman Si Seok-jung of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation planned this as part of an open management approach centered on residents and fieldwork, aiming to strengthen mutual cooperation and communication with small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners in the province.
The Customer Advisory Committee consists of Chairman Si Seok-jung as the chairperson and 11 customer advisory members. The advisory members include three representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises from manufacturing, wholesale and retail, and service industries in the province, seven small business owners, and one expert in small business policy support.
Previously, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation appointed advisory members through 26 business branches across the province.
Going forward, the advisory members will share current issues of the livelihood economy at the Customer Advisory Committee and perform functions such as proposing customized policies to Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation or providing feedback.
Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation plans to actively reflect the suggestions and difficulties collected through the Customer Advisory Committee.
Chairman Si Seok-jung of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation said, "I deeply thank the advisory members who joined the first step of the Customer Advisory Committee of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation with one heart and one mind for the development of the local economy," and urged, "Please devote your advice with a sense of mission and responsibility as representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners in Gyeonggi Province."
