Hampyeong-gun Holds Integrated Defense Council Meeting for Q1 This Year
On the 27th, Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do, announced on the 28th that it held the 2023 1st quarter Integrated Defense Council meeting at the county office's Disaster Comprehensive Situation Room.
At the meeting, Lee Sang-ik, Mayor of Hampyeong-gun, Yoon Aeng-rang, Chairman of the County Council, Yoon Chang-gi, Police Chief, and 13 heads of related organizations attended.
The Integrated Defense Council is held to establish a regional integrated defense posture through cooperation among civilians, government, military, and police to respond to threats such as enemy infiltration and provocations.
The committee members discussed the direction of integrated defense promotion for 2023 and response plans by each institution in case of emergency declarations.
