KT, Yoo Hee-yeol and Kim Dae-yu Resign as Outside Directors... Park Jong-wook Appointed Acting CEO
KT announced on the 28th through a public disclosure that outside directors Yoo Hee-yeol and Kim Dae-yu "voluntarily resigned due to personal reasons."
The terms of the two directors were set to expire on March 31, 2025, and March 29 of next year, respectively. So far, a total of four outside directors have resigned from the position of KT's next CEO. Previously, outside directors Lee Kang-cheol and Benjamin Hong also announced their resignation due to personal reasons.

Meanwhile, KT explained that CEO Koo Hyun-mo, whose term is also nearing expiration, has expressed his intention to resign as CEO for personal reasons.
