Sancheong-gun Conducts 'On-site Shared Property Practical Training'
Efficient Management and Strengthening Expertise
Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 27th that it conducted the "2023 On-site Shared Property Practical Training" at the county office's main conference room.
This training was organized to enhance the efficient management of shared property and improve work expertise.
Earlier, Sancheong-gun applied for practical training to the Korea Local Finance Association in January for this education.
Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam is conducting practical training on public property management.
View original imageAccordingly, the training was conducted with the support of Deputy Manager Kim Baekheon, a professional instructor affiliated with the Korea Local Finance Association.
The training, held for about 60 public officials in charge of shared property, covered efficient work procedures for the annual shared property status survey, matters related to the imposition of compensation fees, understanding of shared property laws, audit findings, and overall practical content.
In particular, the training focused on various cases, which was evaluated to have contributed to the application of practical work by the officials in charge.
