Recruitment of New Members for Ulsan City Youth Symphony Orchestra
March 27 - April 6 Registration, Practical Exam on April 8
The Ulsan City Youth Symphony Orchestra is recruiting new members for 2023.
The recruitment covers all orchestra parts, and applicants can audition with a free-choice piece (unaccompanied). Ulsan citizens from 4th grade elementary school students up to 24 years old who have basic skills in the relevant part are eligible to apply.
Applications can be submitted in person or by mail to the Ulsan City Arts Organization Secretariat from March 27 to April 6, excluding weekends, between 9 AM and 6 PM on weekdays. Application forms can be downloaded from the announcements section on the Ulsan Culture and Arts Center website.
The practical audition will be held on April 8 at 2 PM in the Ulsan City Arts Organization rehearsal building, 3rd floor, City Symphony Orchestra rehearsal room. Successful candidates will be individually notified after 2 PM on April 12 or announced on the Ulsan Culture and Arts Center website.

Selected members will receive systematic training from the City Symphony Orchestra trainers during the appointment period and will be compensated with transportation expenses and performance fees. Additionally, various benefits such as opportunities to perform with professional groups according to individual skills will be provided.
