On the 23rd, the Constitutional Court dismissed all requests filed by the People Power Party lawmakers for a constitutional review regarding the 'Complete Removal of Prosecutorial Investigation Authority' law, which was led by the Democratic Party of Korea last year. The court rejected the petitions against the Chairman of the Legislation and Judiciary Committee and the Speaker of the National Assembly, seeking to nullify the promulgation of the amended Prosecutors' Office Act and the amended Criminal Procedure Act.
