Lotte Corporation to Hire New Employees in First Half of Year... Recruitment Briefing Held in Metaverse

Lotte Property & Development announced on the 23rd that it is accepting applications for new employee recruitment for the first half of 2023 and will hold its first recruitment briefing session on the 28th on a metaverse platform.
The recruitment fields include ▲Purchasing ▲Accounting & Finance ▲Human Resources & Labor ▲Facility Management (Mechanical) ▲Facility Management (Architectural), and applications will be accepted through the Lotte Group recruitment website until the 3rd of next month. The target applicants are those who have obtained or are expected to obtain a bachelor's degree or higher and are available to join in June 2023. Detailed information such as qualification requirements and job responsibilities by field can be found on the recruitment website.
The recruitment briefing session will also be held on the 28th. It will provide information from the applicants' perspective to address questions related to recruitment, including company introduction, recruitment procedures, and job introductions. This briefing will take place at Lotte's metaverse recruitment pavilion, 'Elikru Town,' and interested candidates can apply through the Lotte Group recruitment website by March 26.
Along with the new recruitment, Lotte Property & Development also unveiled its newly revised talent vision. In line with the company's vision of 'People who create spaces of joy and happiness,' three elements have been established as the talent vision: ▲Challenging Talent ▲Communicative Talent ▲Creative Talent, with definitions for each behavior style. These will be used as standards for recruitment, talent development, and competency evaluation.
