Support for Occupational Return of Industrial Accident Workers... Return Rate to Increase to 78% by 2027
The Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service announced on the 19th that it will operate the 'Integrated Support System for the Vocational Return of Industrial Accident Workers' starting from the 20th.

View original imageThe Service has established a system linking 170,000 job listings through business agreements with four organizations: the Korea Employment Information Service, the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled, the Korea Senior Citizens Association, and the Construction Workers Mutual Aid Association.
The artificial intelligence (AI), trained on 70,000 excellent cases of vocational return of industrial accident workers, recommends occupations with high employment potential to industrial accident workers through this system.
By utilizing this system to provide timely job information, the Service plans to raise the vocational return rate of industrial accident workers to 78% by 2027.
