Seosan Narae Delivers Cookie Sets to 112 Daycare Centers
Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority (President Park Seong-hyun, YGPA) announced that it held the ‘Bread Bread Sharing Day’ event on the 13th and 14th, delivering cookie sets to local children in collaboration with Seosan Narae, a vocational rehabilitation facility for the disabled.
About 40 participants, including YGPA and Seosan Narae executives and employees, as well as disabled bakers, took part in the event, jointly producing and packaging 1,200 shaped cookies for the sharing event.
On the 13th and 14th, participants are taking a commemorative photo at the 'Bread Bread Sharing Day' event jointly held by Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority and Seosan Narae.

During the two days of the event, YGPA executives and employees and disabled bakers personally visited 112 daycare centers located in Gwangyang City to deliver handmade cookie sets for local children, adding value to sharing and coexistence.
Seosan Narae is a rehabilitation facility for the disabled located in Gwangyang City, which was awarded the highest grade and the Innovation Award for Excellent Operation Cases in the social welfare facility evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2022.
Since 2021, YGPA has been jointly operating a self-reliance support program to improve the baking job skills of local disabled people.
A YGPA official said, “We hope that this Bread Bread Sharing Day event will serve as an opportunity to spread the culture of sharing in the local community,” adding, “We will continue to discover and nurture social welfare facilities for vulnerable groups.”
