Hana Bank is participating in the Ministry of Employment and Labor's talent development program to recruit digital talents in the financial sector.
Hana Bank announced on the 13th that it is participating in the Ministry of Employment and Labor's 'K-Digital Training' and is recruiting the first batch of trainees until the 6th of next month.
'K-Digital Training' is a representative government vocational training project in advanced industries and digital fields. Companies such as Samsung, KT, Naver, and Kakao directly participate in the design and operation of vocational training, and the educational courses are provided free of charge.
In this project, Hana Bank was selected as the first 'Digital Leading Company Academy' in the banking sector and plans to launch the first training of the digital talent development program specialized in enhancing practical skills and employment competitiveness in the financial sector, called 'Digital Hanaro,' starting next month.
This course is prepared with two educational tracks: ▲ Financial Service Development ▲ Data Analysis and Service Planning. It is designed so that non-majors or job seekers without programming experience can simultaneously improve their understanding of the financial industry and digital practical skills.
Unemployed youth who hold or can be issued the ‘National Tomorrow Learning Card’ and are applying for the 'K-Digital Training' course for the first time can apply regardless of their major. The Ministry of Employment and Labor and Hana Bank will cover the full training costs.
A total of about 60 people will be selected. The program offers ▲ exchange programs with current Hana Bank digital/ICT employees ▲ employment consulting with HR personnel ▲ free loan of laptops for educational purposes during the training period. If selected as outstanding trainees, applicants can receive preferential hiring benefits when applying to any of the 14 affiliates within Hana Financial Group. Detailed information can be found on the HRD portal of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry Human Resources Development Project Group.
