Daegu Public Facilities Management Corporation held a Labor-Management Harmony Integrity Pledge Ceremony on the 10th at the Western Branch Office under the theme of ‘Ethical Management Practice Created Together by Labor and Management through Integration and Innovation.’
The event was attended by corporation executives, chairpersons of various labor unions, and over 110 managerial staff. It proceeded with the declaration of the ‘Labor-Management Harmony Integrity and Ethical Management Practice Pledge’ by an employee representative, followed by the signing of a pledge to prevent corruption and practice integrity by participating employees, and concluded with integrity education focused on integrity communication leadership.

View original imageOn this day, Daegu Facilities Corporation announced the introduction of a ‘One Strike Out’ system for corruption and misconduct such as solicitation, bribery, sexual misconduct, and drunk driving, pledging to strictly punish such acts with a zero-tolerance policy.
At the corporation’s 44 business sites located throughout Daegu, various activities such as organizing integrity clubs, producing integrity songs, holding communication meetings, and conducting integrity campaigns were carried out to help spread an atmosphere of integrity within the region.
