Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 9th that it will support the completion of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) training program for female aviation talents from developing countries, including Africa, to aid the development of the aviation industry in these regions.
The training program supported by the corporation is the "Women’s Career and Leadership Development Course," jointly developed by ICAO and McGill University in Canada. The program aims to cultivate leadership skills among female talents from developing countries through topics such as ▲career management ▲conflict management ▲negotiation skills.
The course will be conducted via real-time online lectures from today until May 17. The corporation will cover the tuition fees for 12 female aviation professionals from developing countries, including civil aviation authority employees from Africa (Senegal, Tonga, etc.) and Asia (Pakistan, Indonesia, etc.).
