‘Geumcheon Han Family Health Walking’ Event Held
Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) will hold the 75th Happy Walking Geumcheon Family Health Walk on March 11 at the Anyangcheon Multipurpose Plaza.
The 'Geumcheon Family Health Walk' is held on the second Saturday of every month to promote residents' health and foster harmony.
This event has no participant limit and anyone can join without prior registration.
Participants gather at 7:50 AM at the Anyangcheon Multipurpose Plaza, and after a brief warm-up, start walking at 8:00 AM. The course is approximately 5 km and takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes, passing Geumcheon Bridge, turning back at Cheolsan Bridge, and returning to the Anyangcheon Multipurpose Plaza.
Prizes such as bicycles and electric rice cookers will be awarded by lottery to those who complete the course.
