View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] The Construction Mutual Aid Association announced on the 24th that it will play a catalyst role in the growth of its members through the Construction Management Training Institute. Located in Chungju, Chungbuk, the Construction Management Training Institute of the Construction Mutual Aid Association is a large-scale comprehensive training facility capable of education, meetings, events, and lodging.
The association plans to continue the Safety Innovation Consulting for Small and Medium Construction Companies conducted at the Construction Management Training Institute. Since 2019, the association has been supporting consulting for its members. The Safety Innovation Consulting project for small and medium construction companies connects small and medium members with professional consultants to provide various consulting necessary for corporate growth, including ▲establishing safety systems ▲management (labor, accounting, etc.) ▲project management (construction, contract management). Especially this year, a recruitment announcement will be made in the first half of the year focusing on the safety management sector, which is an issue in the construction industry.
The association will also resume the Construction CEO Management Training, which was suspended due to COVID-19. Additionally, through collaboration with the Construction Industry Research Institute and others, it plans to develop 'construction industry customized education' content such as practical training for construction officials and systematize education projects centered on actual demand. In fact, since last month, various members such as Hanshin Engineering & Construction, Samho Development, Geukdong Construction, Geumgwang Enterprise, and Jangcha Construction have been continuously conducting education and workshops.
Moreover, the association plans to utilize the training institute as a talent development center for finance professionals, including corporate finance, overseas guarantees, asset management specialists, as well as employees specialized in guarantee post-management and risk management. Through this, it aims to provide more systematic and professional construction finance services to members, enhance sales competitiveness, strengthen risk management capabilities, and reinforce the association’s asset soundness and credibility.
