HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 24th that move-in for Gagyeong I-Park Complex 5 in Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk will begin on the 28th.
Gagyeong I-Park Complex 5 is a smart apartment incorporating various technologies from HDC Hyundai Development Company. With the HDC Internet of Things (IoT) system, residents can manage their units and access the main entrance contactlessly. Heating and ventilation can be controlled through the wall pad and the I-Park Home application. The smart LED lighting installed in every room, including the living room, can be freely adjusted in brightness and color according to residents' preferences.
Contactless and non-face-to-face services using smart technology are also provided. By installing the app on a smartphone, residents can enter the main entrance or call the elevator without any manual operation, and easily check the location of parked vehicles. Mail can be sent and received contactlessly through the smart mailbox.
The complex enhances comfort with various water features such as an ecological pond and a lawn plaza. It also offers spaces for the whole family, including a senior lounge, an on-site daycare center, and a shuttle station where children can wait for school transportation. Community facilities that support leisure and daily life, such as a GX room, golf practice range, and shared office, are also available.
Gagyeong I-Park Complex 5 consists of 8 buildings with 925 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. Including complexes 1 through 4, which have already been occupied, a branded town of 3,678 households has been formed.

HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to supply additional Gagyeong I-Park complexes in the future. The sale of Complex 6 is scheduled for the second half of this year, and Complexes 7 and 8 will be developed sequentially.
