According to the county on the 17th, the support target is travel agencies that have completed travel business registration, and they can apply by submitting a pre-travel plan to the Tourism Policy Team of Jindo-gun Tourism Division at least 7 days before the trip.
The criteria are groups of 10 or more domestic or foreign tourists, and 50 or more students on school trips. For same-day tours, 7,000 KRW per person is supported when using one paid tourist attraction and one meal at a local restaurant.
For overnight tours, △ 1 night 2 days: 15,000 KRW per person when using one paid tourist attraction and two meals at local restaurants △ 2 nights 3 days: 25,000 KRW per person when using two paid tourist attractions and three meals at local restaurants.
A Jindo-gun Tourism Division official stated, “We hope that the group tourist incentive support project will greatly help revitalize local tourism, such as attracting tourists who come and stay.”
Meanwhile, the group tourist incentive support is available until the budget is exhausted, and detailed application methods for incentive support can be found on the Jindo-gun Office website under ‘2023 Tourist Attraction Travel Agency Incentive Support Announcement.’
