The number of new cases increased by 586 compared to the previous day (14,371). However, it decreased by 2,970 compared to a week ago on the 8th (17,927) and by 5,456 compared to two weeks ago on the 1st (20,413). Among the new cases, 19 were imported from overseas.
The number of critically ill patients currently hospitalized is 228, down by 17 from the previous day. The number of critically ill patients has remained in the 200s for 10 consecutive days.
