Byeongno Lee, Damyang County Governor, Opens First Dialogue with Residents in the 8th Elected Term
Starting from Damyang-eup, touring 12 eup and myeon until the 23rd
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Lee Byeongno, the mayor of Damyang County, has embarked on a communication campaign through face-to-face dialogues with residents.
On the 14th, Damyang County in Jeonnam announced that it held the first residents' dialogue of the 8th local government term in Damyang-eup, kicking off a two-week schedule.
This residents' dialogue was organized to explain the direction of county administration for 2023 and actively reflect residents' difficulties and opinions in the county administration.
To communicate with more residents, in addition to on-site questions, inquiries about inconveniences or questions from eup and myeon were collected in advance and answered.
The residents who attended that day asked about difficulties they usually experienced in daily life as well as major policies, and proposed various policies.
Mayor Lee Byeongno promised, "We will actively strive to solve the problems you mentioned," and ordered the attending officials to devise countermeasures for current issues.
Starting from Damyang-eup on the 14th, the tour will visit 12 eup and myeon in the following order: ▲14th Damyang-eup, Bongsan-myeon ▲15th Geumseong-myeon, Mujeong-myeon ▲16th Goseo-myeon, Gasamunhak-myeon ▲21st Changpyeong-myeon, Daedeok-myeon ▲22nd Yong-myeon, Wolsan-myeon ▲23rd Subuk-myeon, Daejeon-myeon.
