Short-Term Competency Enhancement Program for New Executives and Candidates
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] The Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) announced on the 13th that it will open the "20th FKI Executive Leadership School" in April for new executives and candidates.
The FKI Executive Leadership School is an intensive two-day training program focused on enhancing executives' leadership capabilities and facilitating exchanges among executives from similar and different industries. The program is designed to improve management skills in a short period to accommodate busy executives.
The main topics of the lectures include the rapidly changing business environment and organizational culture, such as DT (Digital Transformation), post-COVID-19, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) integration, emphasizing the wise attitude required of executives.
