16 Golf Practice Ranges Offering Various Benefits
135 Affiliates... Expanding to 150 This Year
It has been revealed that the 2,886 members of the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) receive various benefits including golf course green fees, accommodation, medical services, education, and beauty. Among the affiliated golf courses, some offer a 100% exemption on green fees.
According to KLPGA on the 13th, there are 17 affiliated golf courses and 16 affiliated golf practice ranges. KLPGA members can receive discounted usage fees at affiliated golf courses and practice ranges through simple member authentication. According to the official KLPGA website, all 17 affiliated golf courses offer green fee discounts.
Six courses (Sky72, Haevichi CC, Maron New Day Country Club, Lee & Lee CC, etc.) offer discounts ranging from 10% to 40% for one KLPGA member, ten courses (Century 21 CC, Hilldrosa CC, Bear Creek Pocheon, Seowon Hills CC, etc.) offer a 50% discount, and one course, Mungyeong GC, offers a full exemption on green fees. These rates are based on regular KLPGA members and weekday fees.
Additionally, various benefits are provided at the 16 affiliated golf practice ranges. Seoul TPZ The Plaza Golf Studio offers KLPGA members private room usage at a discounted rate of 20,000 KRW, reduced from the original 30,000 KRW. Gyeonggi Short Game Hills Golf Practice Range allows unlimited practice upon payment of the usage fee (30,000 KRW on weekdays, 35,000 KRW on weekends). The Callaway Outdoor Performance Center in Gyeonggi Province provides one hour of free practice time after paying the fitting consultation fee (55,000 KRW).
As of this date, KLPGA has partnerships with a total of 135 companies providing member benefits. The largest portion consists of golf courses and golf practice ranges, totaling 33 places (25%). Accommodation and medical sectors follow with 27 places (20%) and 25 places (19%) respectively. Golf equipment and golf apparel account for 11 places (8.5%) and 10 places (8%) respectively. Other categories such as education, beauty, and travel make up 26 places (19%).
KLPGA plans to expand the number of member benefit partners to 150 this year to enhance and reorganize member welfare benefits. In particular, they intend to form partnerships centered around golf apparel brands, which have high demand among members.

A KLPGA official stated, "We will expand and reorganize the member welfare benefit categories considering the characteristics of KLPGA members. We will also expand partnerships with various regional companies in areas such as Gangwon and Gyeongsang to ensure benefits are available outside the metropolitan area."
