Expected precipitation amounts are 5-10mm in the Gyeongsang region, and around 5mm in Gangwon Yeongdong, Jeolla region, Jeju Island, and Ulleungdo·Dokdo.
Expected snowfall amounts are around 1cm in the central and southern mountainous areas of Gangwon, northern inland Gyeongbuk, southwestern inland Gyeongbuk, northeastern mountainous Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam 1-5cm, northern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon (excluding central and southern mountainous areas), inland Chungcheong region, eastern inland Jeolla, and southeastern inland Gyeongbuk.
Visibility will be low and roads slippery in areas with rain or snow, so caution is advised for traffic safety.
As of 5 a.m. that day, temperatures in major areas are Seoul 3.0°C, Incheon 2.9°C, Suwon 2.8°C, Chuncheon -0.1°C, Gangneung 1.8°C, Cheongju 2.7°C, Daejeon 1.7°C, Jeonju 2.5°C, Gwangju 3.0°C, Jeju 9.0°C, Daegu 1.0°C, Busan 4.3°C, Ulsan 2.9°C, Changwon 1.3°C, etc.
The daytime high temperature is forecast to be 6-13°C, with Seoul reaching a high of 8°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the influence of precipitation.
There will be thunder and lightning in the southern seas of Jeju Island, and dense fog in the West Sea, South Sea, and surrounding seas of Jeju Island.
Sea waves will be 1.0-2.5m in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5-1.5m in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5-2.0m in the South Sea nearshore.
