GH Supplies 11 Industrial Land Parcels in Yeoncheon BIX
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is supplying 11 industrial land parcels within Yeoncheon BIX (Business & Industry Complex).
The land parcels being supplied this time total 11, and eligible industries for occupancy include food manufacturing, rubber and plastic product manufacturing, logistics facilities, and more.
The land area ranges from a minimum of 3,817㎡ to a maximum of 10,000㎡ per parcel. The sale price, based on development cost, is approximately 830,000 KRW per 3.3㎡, which is cheaper compared to nearby industrial complexes.
GH will accept on-site applications over two days, from the 16th to the 17th. Following this, after Yeoncheon County's occupancy review, the occupants will be selected on the 6th of next month.
Yeoncheon BIX is an industrial complex developed by GH and Yeoncheon County, located at 273-4 Tonghyeon-ri, Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi Province, covering an area of 600,000㎡. It boasts excellent transportation infrastructure including the subway Line 1, National Road 3, and National Road 37, all scheduled to open this year.
Additionally, a corporate support center that assists with management, technology development, and employee welfare, as well as Happy Housing prioritized for workers, will be constructed.

A GH official explained, "Yeoncheon BIX has considerable competitiveness due to tax benefits and various subsidy supports," adding, "It is evaluated to have an excellent location as an eco-friendly food cluster, with a beautiful and pristine natural environment including UNESCO-certified biosphere reserves and global geoparks."
